LAGOS- CRACK detectives attached to the Homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department SCIID Panti Lagos have commenced investigation into the suicide of a highflying lady account in her Lekki home.
Identified as Folake Abiola, an accountant with GLO, she reportedly committed suicide on the lonely night of Saturday night by gulping a bottle of sniper. Sources who blamed depression for the act said Flake lived a lonely life without a husband and a child adding that she was only committed to church activities.

Though no official statement had yet been issued by her former employer as of the time of this report, sources said her remain had been deposited in the mortuary for autopsy since she didn’t leave any suicide note. It was not possible to get the reaction of the Police public relations officer, SP Ben Hundeyin but a source close to his office said the Commissioner of Police CP Sylvester Abiodun Alabi had ordered the homicide section of SCIID to take over the matter.
