LAGOS- THE Baale of Ijeododo, His Royal Highness, Abu Jelili Ayinde Ododo has appealed to all residents of Lagos state to come out emass on Saturday March 18, 2023 and re-elect the incumbent Governor, Mrs. Babajide Sanwo-Olu for the second term saying the governor had done so much for the state within the four year tenure. The High Chief noted that there was no community that had not had an impact of Sanwo-Olu’s good governance system saying that his immediate community was one of the beneficiaries of Sanwo-Olu’s benefactor. “My plea to everyone, both Yoruba and Igbos is to come out on Saturday March 18, 2023 to re-elect the incumbent Governor, Mr. Sanwo-Olu. The man had done so much for Lagos State. I can comfortably attest to his good gesture using my own immediate community. He should be allowed to complete his second tenure and finished all the good projects that he had embarked upon,” he said.

High Chief Abu Jelili also congratulates the President-Elect, Senator Boal Ahmed Tinubu describing his victory as the wishes of the people. He noted that Tinubu had worked so hard for different people irrespective of tongues and tribe and therefore, expressed no surprise that he won the keenly contested elections. He said, “Let me use this opportunity to congratulate our leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his success in the Presidential election. He really deserved the victory. Tinubu is one man that would pick you and make you a man irrespective where you come from if he discovers the salient thing in you. We wish him goodluck and God’s guidance.”
